Here’s how our Parts Replacement Policy works:

What Items Are Covered? Our Parts Replacement Policy applies to:

✅ Physical wood cut-out kits purchased directly from Huckleberry Gems (via our website or official checkout pages).

This policy does not cover:

Digital products or downloads

Online workshops

Subscription box add-on items (unless damaged in transit)

Items purchased from third-party sellers or resale sites

How to Request a Replacement

Contact us at hello@huckleberrygems.com within 14 days of delivery if you notice a missing or damaged part. Before opening your package fully, please compare the contents to the included packing list or product label.

Take a clear photo of:

The unopened or original packaging

The damaged or missing area

Your order number or receipt

Email us with this info so we can quickly review and send your replacement if eligible.

A Few Friendly Notes:

We can only offer replacements within 14 days of delivery.

Replacements are for original kits purchased directly from us. We cannot replace items from resale groups or third parties.

Because our kits are made with natural wood and crafted by hand, small variations (like minor wood grain differences) are normal and part of the charm.
